105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio Contest Rules
Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Contestants can enter by calling in, or submitting an entry form, at on location events.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Contest Period:
The contest begins and ends on specified dates.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by on air personality or other station personel.
The decision of the judges is final and binding.
Winner is only allowed to win every 30 days.
Prizes:
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitutions are allowed.
Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified by phone, email, or text within 10 days of the contest end date.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity:
By entering, contestants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
By participating, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio, which are final and binding in all respects.
Limitation of Liability:
105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the contest.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, contestants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
