105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy

  1. Policy Statement: 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
  2. Scope: This policy applies to all employees, applicants, contractors, and vendors of 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio.
  3. Prohibited Conduct: Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation against individuals based on any of the protected characteristics listed above are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile work environment.

Retaliation against an individual for filing a complaint, participating in an investigation, or opposing discriminatory practices.

  1. Reporting Procedures: Employees who believe they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation should promptly report the incident to their supervisor, the Human Resources department, or any member of management. All complaints will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and thoroughly.

 

  1. Investigation and Resolution: 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio will conduct a fair and impartial investigation of all complaints. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible. If the investigation reveals that a violation of this policy has occurred, appropriate corrective action will be taken, up to and including termination of employment.
  2. No Retaliation: 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, or who participates in an investigation of such reports. Retaliation is a serious violation of this policy and will be subject to disciplinary action.
  3. Training and Communication: 105.7 Texas Knock Out Radio will provide training to all employees on their rights and responsibilities under this policy. This policy will be communicated to all employees and will be included in the employee handbook.
